Meeting Minutes Aug 15th, 2013 After the opening ceremonies an account was given on the previous meeting by attending members as our adjutant was not present to present them. No motion given. Finance report was given and approved. The viola drives were done August the 7th George Washingston’s birthday in Albert Lea and also Saturday the 10th at Chatfield MN. Our senior vice wrote a grant hoping for funds for a trailer to be used with members being in parades. Fall bazar coming up at the post. We will participate with donated quilt. Fall conference also in October, member’s were asked to attend in Fridaly MN. |

Our senior vice Ryan Sabinish and commander David J Meyers set up with a viola drive in front of VFW Post 1692 in Chatfield MN. during the city celebration Western Days. Later on when the parade was done a 18 wheeler which hosted a Memorial to Vietnam set up directly behind them. |
